 The main tasks of you in the field of research is as follows:

• Define, modify, focus and support research programs and projects that lead to the production of technological medical products and services
• Making more use of clinic capacity and clinical data, especially HIS information, as a valuable treasure for generating applied knowledge
• Modification of processes in order to make more and more efficient use of technology treatment projects in the clinic and in its context
• Attract grants and strive for financial autonomy of research departments
• Increase the speed of administrative and executive processes
• Using the collective reason of managers by strengthening the Supreme Research Council
• Comprehensive coordination with the fields of technology and commercialization of the research institute, especially Motamed Center for Innovation and Acceleration
• Expanding collaborations with ACECR units, research centers and international collaborations and interactions in the field of education, changing the approach to this important category from a mere service area to a rich source of wealth creation, providing specialized and sub-specialized clinical trainings and holding international courses, especially in the field of lymphedema and the use of e-learning, especially in coronary conditions, is one of your duties.
